Why this matters now

This workshop is designed to remove one of the biggest barriers to learning tech: access to a reliable computer. Funding now helps us create a hands-on entry point where participants can build skills and leave with a PC of their own.

  • Cover the parts, peripherals, and replacement components needed for each workstation.
  • Support venue setup, tool stations, and workshop logistics.
  • Keep participation free for learners who otherwise could not afford a computer build.

How donations are applied

Donations are allocated to the active needs listed above and summarized in the Transparency hub. We prioritize workshop launch costs, take-home computer hardware, and the support resources needed to run the event well.

  • PC components, monitors, keyboards, mice, and setup supplies.
  • Venue, toolkits, safety materials, and event-day logistics.
  • Instructional materials, learner support, and follow-up resources.

How we keep you informed

Our Transparency hub tracks donations, ledger entries, and program milestones in real time. We also publish our IRS determination letter and filings for public review.
